Hi everybody, this is my 1965 MK1 GT40 kit car. It took me 4-1/2 years to complete and I built it from the ground up. I am a sucker for punishment.

Here are some specifications :

Engine - 302 windsor with DC & O.

Gearbox and diff - Porsche gearbox and transaxle.

Front Suspension - 87 corvette, upper and lower A frame, discs and calipers.

Rear suspension - A frame bottom, Adjustable top bar, location by 4 trailing arms.

Fuel Tanks - 40 litre tanks under door sills.

Wheels - OZ wheels, 61x8 front, 16x10 rear.

Body and chassis by GT40 Australia. This kit car handles like it is on rails. It has plenty of punch from the 302 wndsor which pokes over 200 HP on the rear wheels. Hope you enjoyed reading about by baby
