Warren's 1938 Ford

Owner. Warren, Member of the Club V8 of Argentina currently living in Mexico

 

Vehicle: I bought the car at the end of 2005 just before moving from Argentina to Mexico but I go to Argentina for business so with the help of the members of the club I have been working the restoration. The motor is original and it actually runs well but smokes a lot so I am about to pull it out and have it repaired. When I bought it didn't have a radio so I purchased one on ebay and its now installed. As you can see its right hand drive like most of the cars that were brought to Argentina before the war. Will do the interior and paint in 2008. I am also restoring a 40 Convertible in Argentina which should be finished in June 2008 and that car I will eventually take back with us to Australia. I am American but we immigrated to Australia in 1990 and lived in Sydney until 2000 just before going to Argentina where we lived for 5 years.
