On Sunday the 29'th of April the All GM Day show and shine event was held in sydney's west at penrith Panthers world of entertainment car park. The weather was thankfully great at 22 degrees and a vast collection of GM motor-vehicles were therefore present. Cant help but admire how many cars there were on display from Chev to Vauxhaul. A true representation of GM might in one place.

Personal favourites of the day were the Chevy impala and the Vaxhaul collection. The owners of these motor-cars have gone to impossible lengths to keep these cars in pristine condition. It was a shame there was almost a tragedy with a car back-firing and setting the engine bay alight. Thanks to the efforts of helpfull bystanders and a fire extinguisher, the fire was under control with a minum of fuss leving the owner with only a red face not a destroyed car..

 

The event had a familly atmosphere this year with the presence of many children which had a chance to see cars from yesterday. It is a shame these cars aren't on the road more often. Who knows how many have perished having not being cared for or restored. In all an intersting event. A must for all the familly to attend and great for people with a spare Sunday.
