This page was created to showcase the art that is burnouts in all it's glory. Held at Sydney's Oran Park, a well known and well organised ground with excellent bathroom facilities, what a fun day it was. Couldn't help but admire the drivers of these high powered vehicles. Under such extreme conditions they keep these monsters in line.

Tyre bursting, smoke and general hooliganism is the norm at these types of events however the crowd is well behaved otherwise. At the end of the event we were treated to a wet T-shirt competition which got all the spectators worked up.

There were a few mishaps on the day also with two big fires witnessed during the burnout completion. The star of the show definitely had to be Mrs Sinbad and the driver of the Hearse which was even equipped with a coffin in the back. What a day guys and dolls. Everywhere you looked there was something.

In the Australian Tradition the vehicles were mostly fitted with V8 engines. Some vehicles were not standard with these engines. Goes to show the Australian spirit.

"If it doesn't go just shove a great big dirty V8 in it and she'll be right !"

Its this attitude which made this event allot of fun to watch. Lots of cars , horsepower and burnouts. Top it off with some sexy ladies and you got yourself a full grandstand !
